We know about narcissists, and we know about psychopaths. But what happens when both meet and merge together? We have one of the most terrifying psychological possibilities. It becomes a basic recipe for a supervillain!
What Is The Definition Of A Narcopathic Person?
To be a narcopathic person isn’t simple and doesn’t come quickly, either. In today’s age and era, it is simple to jump online and look at someone’s definition of a word and say, “Yes, I have that, too!” However, people should understand that psychology is a complex, lengthy, and severe field of study.
When going on a medical website to help ourselves find some answers to questions tormenting our minds, we must remember that they are broad terms. It is helpful to bring ideas to your doctor or therapist and ask about what you found and if they should consider examining you for it, even psychological findings. But don’t believe because you watch Dr. Phil that you are a certified psychiatrist!

Now, back to narcopathy! But remember, this article and website are for entertainment and personal research. To fall under the term narcopathic, one must qualify as a malevolent narcissist or have a diagnosis of both sociopathy and narcissism. The display of apparent signs of narcissistic personality disorder as well as antisocial personality disorder are crucial.
The obvious signs looked for are often obsessive and compulsive. A disproportionate thirst for power and control over others is usually evident. Wanting to control people and manipulate them often mentally and physically is also prominent. Those people frequently have no moral boundaries, either. It means they can be socially awkward.
What Is A Narcopathic Individual?
According to multiple sources of studies in psychology, a narcopathic individual or narcissistic sociopath is the result of extreme satisfaction toward manipulating and deceiving others through methods of abuse to get a desired reward.
Often, the victims aren’t aware of the abuse, and it is more than likely too late when they understand what they went through. Let us not forget that most of the time, narcissistic sociopaths are family members, parents, or siblings. People that are hard to disregard as toxic.

Narcissistic sociopaths are both those mental disorders, i.e., suffer from narcissistic personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder. However, it is essential to highlight that antisocial personality disorder doesn’t necessarily mean someone is a serial killer or a psychopath. There are levels to the cluster that it is a part of. People can have an ASPD diagnosis without them running with knives.
The usual tools for a narcissistic sociopath are charisma and charm to attract people to them. They often use humour, knowledge, and entertainment to keep people hooked on their acting. Those are crucial to their spectacle because it makes them undetectable abusers.
How To Detect A Narcissist Sociopath In A Crowd Of People
This can be a little complex because there is a line between narcissism and antisocial personality disorder that can make it blurry when trying to dissociate the two when one isn’t in the psychological field. So, here we go!
People who have antisocial personality disorder are part of one of three clusters forming a ‘dark psychological pyramid.’ Narcissistic personality disorder is one of them. However, ASPD people are quite different from narcissists. While they usually have a high intellect, having them believe they are superior, they aren’t extremists. ASPD includes psychological traits of impulsivity, aggression, disdain for rules and social customs of any kind. It doesn’t make them dangerous, depending on their diagnosed level.

However, narcissists have an unequal vision of their self-importance and feel entitled in every given situation. Their arrogance is prominent, and they crave social validation from everyone. They judge themselves as superior to anyone they encounter, whether psychologically, physically or their intelligence.
It is important to note that in various circumstances, depending on the level of the disorder, people with ASPD can fall victim to people with NPD. Narcissism is a disorder of grandeur and can lead to catastrophic failures in a person’s personality, whether it is the one with the disorder or the victim.
What Are The Most Dangerous Ingredients Never To Mix?
Narcissistic sociopaths, narcopathic individuals, narcopaths, malignant narcissists, it doesn’t matter; they are the most psychologically disturbed people. Stay away. Reread this if needed!
You cannot fix them. You cannot help them. They require professional help from therapists, doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, and neurologists. Those people are too far gone because it is a brain chemistry defect. They’ll accept your help because they can further manipulate you if they do. You see? Do not try because it will not work. They are dangerous.

They suffer from a complete lack of empathy; you cannot teach that. Nacropaths are a combination of NPD with ASPD, from which both show apathy. They have sadistic paraphilias, meaning they extract sexual pleasure from other people’s pain. Again, you cannot teach empathy. It is something you are born with and grow with. They have no brain chemistry to produce it.
But You Can Never Beat The Classics, Right?
Narcopathic disorder not only beats the classical narcissistic personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder, but it also crushes them, impales them, sets them on fire and laughs at them. And when you think about it, it’s the baby of both disorders.
Nacropaths have one thing driving them, and it’s their self-interest. They use and abuse others because they can, and they’ll get satisfaction out of it. It’s instinct.

Their sexual pleasure includes paraphilias such as sadism and dominance over others. Inflicting any pain on people creates arousal, whether it is sexual or purely mental.
That alone makes them highly unpredictable and dangerous. It shows that they could easily exploit and harm people for the simple reason that they can even without any endgame except enjoyment.
What Else Can Be Said About Narcopathic Individuals?
I repeat myself because many of us wish to help others and sometimes fall in love with someone who needs saving. It’s the Superman complex or code of chivalry, and many of us suffer from it as it boosts our egos to believe we are the ones who will save them; we are that special. Sometimes, it’s pure empathy.
Either way, do not try to save someone narcissistic. Do not ever attempt to hold on to someone who is a narcopath. Nobody can save them. They are dangerous and well aware of it. They understand they are threatening and enjoy it because it makes them the person to save from the evil in the world.

They are misunderstood because they still are. But don’t confuse misunderstanding with ignorance. We do not have all the answers regarding psychological behaviour and neurological potency. The brain is the most complex organ we possess, and people like narcopaths make it even more intricate.
They lack the brain chemistry to feel emotions the way regular people can. They are even limited in emotions; some are and never will be experienced. It is sad but doesn’t make them less dangerous or malignant. Nobody can save them. Do not try because you will fail. The attempt would be futile and with catastrophic results.
Narcopaths are the root of all psychological danger.
